My name is Fabian, a young entrepreneur with a passion for hospitality and real estate.
Three years ago, my family invested in a short-term rental property and entrusted its management to a traditional real estate agency. Despite high expectations, the results simply weren’t there. Instead of accepting that, I decided to learn everything about short-term rentals, revenue management and guest experience to see how much better our property could perform.
What started as a personal challenge soon became a genuine passion. Today, I help property owners across Brussels maximise their rental income while enjoying a completely hassle-free experience.

It all starts with a conversation. We take the time to understand you, your property and what you want to achieve. We discuss your expectations, answer your questions and see whether short-term rental management is the right fit for your property.
Next, we look at the numbers. We analyse your property, location, local demand and comparable rentals to estimate its annual revenue potential. This gives you a realistic picture of what your property could achieve before making any decisions.
If the numbers make sense, we visit the property in person. We look at the interior, amenities, guest experience and overall presentation, and identify what could be improved or added to make the property ready to compete on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
We take it from here. We prepare and optimise the property, create the listings, arrange professional photography, set up the pricing strategy and get everything ready for launch. Once live, we take care of the day-to-day management while you stay informed about your property’s performance.
