Who is behind FTM Properties<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t

My name is Fabian, a young entrepreneur with a passion for hospitality and real estate.

Three years ago, my family invested in a short-term rental property and entrusted its management to a traditional real estate agency. Despite high expectations, the results simply weren't there<\/em>. Instead of accepting that, I decided to learn everything about short-term rentals, revenue management and guest experience to see how much better our property could perform.

What started as a personal challenge soon became a genuine passion. Today, I help property owners across Brussels maximise their rental income while enjoying a completely hassle-free experience.

If the numbers make sense, we visit the property in person. We look at the interior, amenities, guest experience and overall presentation, and identify what could be improved or added to make the property ready to compete on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

We take it from here. We prepare and optimise the property, create the listings, arrange professional photography, set up the pricing strategy and get everything ready for launch.
